Surendera Tyagi, PhD

Executive Vice President, Regional Business Support, IV Drugs and Standard Solutions

With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Surendera Tyagi serves as the head of the Regional Business Support function at APP.  In this role, Dr. Tyagi is responsible for strategic initiatives leading to new products and business opportunities to support the long range growth plan for the company.

Previously, Dr. Tyagi was Vice President of the Oncology Business Unit at APP.  Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Scientific Officer at Fresenius Kabi Oncology (formerly Dabur Pharma Limited).  Throughout his career, he has held various positions in both Product Development and Regulatory Affairs with increasing responsibilities at Roche, IGEN, Abbott Laboratories, Hospira, and Schwarz Pharma.

He received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
